Cori Bush Says Killing Baby in Abortion is Like Getting Rid of a Headache

One of the few ways abortion advocates can defend abortion is by dehumanizing the unborn child. If the baby is not a baby, then somehow it’s okay to have an abortion that kills a baby.

Terms like “clump of cells” and “cardiac activity” are used to somehow render an unborn child as less than human or non-human in a way abortion can be justified.

Now, Democrat congresswoman Cori Bush of Missouri is comparing killing a baby in an abortion to merely getting rid of a headache. She compares abortion pills that kill babies to Tylenol to get rid of aches and pains like a headache.

The irony here is leftists often view children as headaches or problems to be gotten rid of instead of blessings to enjoy. So it’s no surprise she essentially admitted it.

On Monday, House Oversight Democrats hosted a discussion on the impact of restricting access to abortion pills. The event was led by Rep. Cori Bush and featured Reps. Jasmine Crockett and Jamie Raskin, as well as Pro-Choice Missouri community engagement director Rev. Love Holt.

During the discussion, Bush downplayed the seriousness of the life-ending drugs, suggesting that restricting access to them was equivalent to “placing a ban on Tylenol.”

“Banning medication abortion,” Bush said, calling for it to be made as easily accessible as other medications, “would be like placing a ban on Tylenol, a ban on antibiotics. There is no valid medical reason to do so; it’s only political propaganda.”

And the truth is that the abortion pill is not safe for women.
