Joe Biden’s spokeswoman today confirmed that the Democrat president wants to “restore” abortions up to birth.
A reported asked White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre, during her briefing today, to respond to comments from Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley today pointing out how Biden and Democrats oppose any limits on abortions.
During a CNN Town Hall, Haley reminded viewers that Biden and Democrats support abortion on demand.
“I will answer that when you ask Kamala and Biden if they would agree to 37 weeks, 38 weeks, 39 weeks, then I’ll answer your question,” Haley shot back, much to the applause of the audience. “No one asks them that. No one asks them how late they’re willing to go.”
A reported asked Pierre today: “The administration has not outlined their position on whether they would sign bills allowing abortions at 37, 38, 39 weeks. Could you give us the position of the administration of what if any restrictions you support?”
Pierre said she didn’t watch Haley’s town hall so she couldn’t comment on the specific language.
“What I can speak to, what the president has said, which is that he will continue to call on Congress to restore Roe v. Wade. And so if you know the particulars of Roe v. Wade, you’ll see where the president stands.”

Roe v. Wade allowed abortions up to birth for virtually any reason unless states specifically passed laws protecting babies from late-term abortions. That clearly means Joe Biden supports abortions up to birth for any state that wants absolutely no limits on abortion.
