Robin Miraculously Survived Three Abortions Meant to Kill Her

Robin almost died three times before she was even born.

Each time, her mother hired an abortionist to perform a saline-infusion abortion that was supposed to kill her. But each time, Robin survived.

“My mother tried three times to have my life ended through saline-infusion abortion,” the Montana woman said in a video shared by Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America on Twitter.

Saline infusion abortions are not common now in the abortion industry because too many unborn babies like Robin have survived. Typically used with late-term unborn babies, the deadly procedure involves injecting a toxic salt solution into the amniotic fluid to poison and scald the unborn baby to death over the course of several days. Then, labor is induced and the dead baby is born.

Like other survivors of saline abortions, Robin was injured but not killed. As an infant, she said doctors predicted that she would never walk or talk.

“Now, [you] can’t really shut me up, I talk all the time about sharing my story as proof of that,” she said.

In her experience, Robin said most people are not aware that babies survive abortions. She said she has connected with hundreds of other abortion survivors as an adult.

Other known abortion survivors include Melissa OhdenGianna JessenClaire CulwellJosiah Presley and Pastor Jack Hibbs. The Abortion Survivors Network has connected with approximately 650 abortion survivors to-date.

However, there is a big “gap” in abortion data in the U.S. and only a few states document the number of infants who survive abortions, Robin said. Legally, protections for infants who survive abortions also are inadequate, she continued.

She praised her senator, U.S. Sen. Steve Daines, R-Montana, for taking action to protect babies like herself who have survived abortions. Daines is one of the sponsors of the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act in Congress.

The pro-life legislation would require that babies who survive abortions receive the same medical attention that would be given to any other baby born at the same gestational age. The bill also outlines consequences for doctors who allow newborns to die or intentionally kill them after a failed abortion.

Dozens, perhaps hundreds, of babies survive abortions every year in the United States, but no one knows exactly how many. Most states do not keep track of babies who survive abortions.

LifeNews recently examined abortion data from seven states that do keep track, and, between 2020 and 2022, 34 babies were reported born alive in botched abortions.

Statistics from the Centers for Disease Control, as well as the personal testimonies of nurses and abortion survivors themselves, also provide evidence that babies survive abortions. According to the CDC, at least 143 babies were born alive after botched abortions between 2003 and 2014 in the U.S., although the center admits its data is incomplete.
