In a shocking release of whistleblower testimony, FBI Special Agent Garret O’Boyle claimed that the FBI began targeting pro-life pregnancy centers after the Dobbs decision last summer. Describing the FBI leadership’s directives to update threat tags that began targeting “pro-life adherence,” O’Boyle said, “When this threat tag came out, it was like, why are you focusing on pro-life people? … It’s pro-choice people who are the ones protesting or otherwise threatening violence…”
According to Fox News, “O’Boyle said the FBI wanted agents to ‘look into’ what the bureau called ‘pregnancy centers.’”
The release of O’Boyle’s testimony came one day after Attorney General Merrick Garland was questioned extensively by the Republican members—such as Ted Cruz (R-TX), Mike Lee (R-UT), and Josh Hawley (R-MO)—of the Senate Judiciary Committee regarding the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) attacks on peaceful pro-life citizens like Mark Houck and the lack of arrests in the over 80 attacks on pro-life pregnancy centers since the leak of the Dobbs case on May 2, 2022.

Garland potentially perjured himself in claiming that the decision to perform a Gestapo-like dawn raid on Mark Houck was made by the raid leaders, refusing to condemn the act despite its clear violation of FBI protocol for making arrests. His answer to why justice is not being done for pro-life people after death threats and brutal arson attacks injuring firefighters is that the crimes are being committed “in the dark….” The FBI seems to have a systemic case of nyctophobia.
While being questioned by Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Garland also stated, “It is a priority of the department to prosecute and investigate and find the people who are doing those firebombings… There have been a lot!” Yet, despite Garland’s potentially perjurious claims, only two pro-abortion vandals, linked to Antifa terrorist cells, have been indicted for graffiti of three pro-life pregnancy centers in FL compared to the DOJ’s indictment of 34 peaceful pro-life Christians of phony FACE Act violations.
In the same hearing, while answering a question from Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI)—who issued a “call to arms” against pro-life people—mischaracterizing pro-life people as criminals, Garland said, “We prosecute without respect to ideology. But we do focus on the most violent acts, the most dangerous actors, the cases most likely to lead to danger for Americans.” If this were truly the case, the DOJ and FBI would not be slow-walking investigations into the explosive, life-threatening, organized violence perpetrated against pro-life Christians.
When asked about this double standard, FBI Director Christopher Wray, who reports directly to AG Garland, claimed in an exclusive interview, “All I can tell you is that we have one standard.” In November of 2022, Director Wray, in a statement to the House Judiciary Committee which may constitute perjury, claimed that approximately 70% of “abortion-related” attacks have taken place on pro-life pregnancy centers. Rev. Jim Harden, CEO of CompassCare, a pro-life medical network attacked by the pro-abortion, Antifa terrorist group known as Jane’s Revenge says, “Wray should check his math. Pro-life entities have been victims of nearly 100% of the attacks.”
While the DOJ and FBI would seem to have a double standard, attacking and denying justice to pro-life people to protect the abortion empire, Rev. Harden believes they are just following orders, like Chairman Mao’s Red Guard. On July 8, 2022, President Biden ordered the DOJ to create a Reproductive Rights Task Force. On July 12, they complied, designing the Task Force to specifically attack Christian pro-life people. By September 23, the FBI was actively attacking pro-life people with the SWAT-like raid on Mark Houck’s home on charges already thrown out by the local court.
Rev. Harden says, “The DOJ and FBI aren’t prioritizing investigations into the attacks against pro-life citizens because they are busy attacking pro-life Christians. The days of salvaging the DOJ and FBI have passed. Garland needs to be indicted, Wray fired, and the entire FBI complex defunded, dismantled, and rebuilt.”
