Today Women Speak Out PAC, a partner of Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, announced its support for Justice Daniel Kelly in the Wisconsin Supreme Court primary election being held on Tuesday, Feb. 21. The group is committing six figures to increase awareness of the election and elect a justice with a proven record of respecting life, the Constitution and the rule of law.

The race will decide the balance of the court, which currently has a 4-3 conservative majority.

SBA Pro-Life America’s Director of State Public Affairs Kelsey Pritchard urges voters to show up to the polls:

“We encourage Wisconsinites to show up to the polls next Tuesday to cast a vote for Justice Daniel Kelly. Lives will be saved or lost depending on the outcome of this election.

“The Wisconsin Supreme Court is in danger of becoming a tool of the radical abortion lobby, regardless of what the people, the Constitution and the law say. This race is about the rule of law. The pro-abortion candidate, backed by a national pro-abortion lobby group while airing ads attacking life-saving protections for the unborn and vowing to rule in favor of abortion on demand, is abandoning the law and the will of the people. Wisconsin deserves a Supreme Court justice who respects the law and the people of Wisconsin, not one who uses the bench to serve a personal political agenda. It’s extremely important for voters to show up and take a stand against pro-abortion extremism.”
