Biden DOJ Official Ordering Arrest of Pro-Life Advocates is a Radical Abortion Activist

Why are pro-life advocates across the country being arrested for peacefully protesting abortions? Why won’t the Department of Justice arrest any abortion advocates for as many as 75 attacks on pro-life pregnancy centers?

The answer starts at the top.

Joe Biden is a radical abortion activist. Attorney General Merrick Garland is a radical abortion activist. But just as importantly, the assistant attorney general who is in charge of enforcing the FACE law that protects both abortion centers as well as pregnancy centers is a radical abortion activist.

Kristen Clarke is the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights and the Biden official who has purview over enforcing the law.

Clarke has built her career on defending abortion. She signed onto an amicus brief demanding federal taxpayer funding for the billion-dollar abortion business Planned Parenthood. The amicus makes the ludicrous claim that “(w)hile abortion is very safe in America, pregnancy and childbirth pose severe risks;” ignoring the fact that in every abortion at least one human being dies and women are often injured.

Clarke testified in favor of the radical Women’s Health Protection Act (WHPA), legislation that would codify Roe v. Wade, allow abortions up to birth, and seeks to eliminate all state laws that protect women and unborn children.

Clarke, who oversees the Justice Department’s investigations into potential FACE Act violations, has called pro-life centers “harmful” and “predatory” and called for exposing “fake clinics,” as the Washington Free Beacon’s Chuck Ross reports.

“Reproductive health care providers must be free to carry out their work free from interference or intimidation,” said Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke of the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division in a Monday statement. “The Justice Department is committed to enforcing federal law to protect providers and all people seeking access to reproductive health care across our nation.”

But apparently that only means abortion business as opposed to pregnancy centers.
