New Pro-Life Billboards Stand Up for Unborn Babies: “Protect Every Body”

There has been extreme controversy in America regarding abortion over the past year, first with Texas’ “SB8” law that made abortions illegal after six weeks, and more recently with the upcoming Dobbs v. Jackson case set to begin in Dec. 2021. This Supreme Court case will see Jackson Women’s Health Organization, the last abortion facility in Mississippi, battle the state’s recent pro-life legislation which does not allow abortions after 15 weeks. The majority of Americans support restrictions on abortion. Gallup shows 67% favor restrictions or an outright ban on abortion versus 32% who want abortion legal for any reason.

For Ryan Bomberger, chief creative officer and co-founder of The Radiance Foundation (Radiance, www.theradiancefoundation.org), the answer is clear. Bomberger, an adoptee and adoptive father, believes that all life, no matter the circumstances of conception, is precious and worthy of being saved and valued. This is why The Radiance Foundation has begun its “Life Has Purpose” campaign, designed to shine a light on the alternatives to abortion. Utilizing billboards all across the Boston area, Radiance’s “Life Has Purpose” initiative declares statements such as “Protect Every Body,” “Justice for All,” and “Love Over Fear.” The mission of this campaign is to bring awareness to the many pregnancy help resources that are available, the abortion industry’s exploitation of women, the beauty of adoption, and the need for committed fathers.

Said Bomberger, “Every human life has inherent and equal worth. It doesn’t matter whether you were (humanly) planned, unplanned, able or disabled. No matter the age or stage, every human being deserves the most basic right: life.”

Bomberger continued, “We show the strength of our humanity when we protect the weakest among us. I was conceived in rape yet adopted in love. I was temporarily in foster care, like many of my siblings. Today, I’m an adoptive father. I was not better off dead. My adopted children were not better off dead. To those fighting to protect the violence of abortion: there’s a difference between being empowered and being fooled by those in power.”

Bethany Bomberger, co-founder and executive director of The Radiance Foundation adds, “Motherhood is not the enemy; exploitation is. As someone who faced an unplanned pregnancy, I can assure you that the abortion industry preys on fear.

The “Life Has Purpose” campaign provides harrowing statistics, such as a 2019 Charlotte Lozier Institute report which stated that 18,593 abortions were performed in the state of Massachusetts in that year alone—and the numbers are only growing. Instead of an abortion, The Radiance Foundation urges mothers and fathers to make life-affirming choices. The initiative provides the contact information for leading pregnancy, maternity care centers and adoption resources where vulnerable lives are truly empowered.
