On Friday, ABC’s Good Morning America actually had the gall to lament that Planned Parenthood abortionists were murdering fewer unborn babies in the wake of Texas passing pro-life legislation to regulate the lethal procedure. At one point in the despicable coverage, a Houston abortion clinic doctor complained that the “inhumane” legislation was reducing his business.
Fill-in co-host Cecilia Vega hyped “the growing fallout from that Texas law banning most abortions” and how “Planned Parenthood asked a Texas court to temporarily block this law from taking effect.” Turning to correspondent Rachel Scott in Houston, Vega fretted: “Rachel, you’ve spoken to doctors who say they are already having to turn women away.”

Scott confirmed what the liberal network obviously thought was distressing news:
Both providers and patients are struggling to come to terms with the new reality here in Texas. We went inside one clinic here in Houston. The doctor there telling me that since this law went into effect abortions have all but stopped.
“This morning, Democrats and abortion activists are scrambling, desperate to find a way to challenge the most restrictive abortion law in the nation,” Scott breathlessly announced as the taped portion of her report began. A ghoulish soundbite followed of Dr. Bhavik Kumar from the Houston Planned Parenthood abortion clinic whining: “Very harsh. I think it feels inhumane, I think we’re tired.”
That outrageous remark came from someone who literally murders innocent human beings for a living.
Scott commiserated with the abortionist’s loss…of business: “We met Doctor Bhavik Kumar inside this Planned Parenthood center in Houston. He tells me he normally performs between 20 to 30 abortions a day, but since the new law, he’s only seen six patients and had to turn half of them away.”
The reporter went on to tout: “President Biden promising to protect abortion rights but the White House offering few details.” With the headline on screen blaring, “President Biden Vows to Protect Abortion Rights,” a clip played of White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki viciously lashing out at a very legitimate question from EWTN reporter Owen Jensen on Thursday:
OWEN JENSEN [EWTN WHITE HOUSE CORRESPONDENT]: Why does the President support abortion when his own Catholic faith teaches abortion is morally wrong?
JEN PSAKI: He believes it is up to a woman to make those decisions. I know you’ve never faced those choices nor have you ever been pregnant, but for women out there who have faced those choices, this is an incredibly difficult thing.
Wrapping up the segment, Scott feared: “And already Republicans in at least three states, Florida, Arkansas and South Dakota, have made it clear they are looking to mirror what happened here in Texas.” Co-host George Stephanopoulos warned: “Yeah, it is becoming a nationwide battle.”
Only in the warped, twisted bubble of the left-wing media would fewer abortions be greeted as bad news. These journalists are truly disappointed that the pace of executing unborn children has slowed somewhere in the nation.
