The Obama-Biden administration used Americans’ tax dollars to buy skulls and other body parts from second-trimester aborted babies, according to recently uncovered government documents.
Obtained by Judicial Watch, the documents show numerous emails and transactions between the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and Advanced Bioscience Resources (ABR), a human tissue procurement group that works with Planned Parenthood and other abortion facilities.
Multiple documents show FDA requests for organs from aborted babies up to 24 weeks of pregnancy for scientific research involving “humanized mice.”
These include a receipt from ABR that lists “intact calvariums,” or skulls, from babies who were aborted between eight and 24 weeks of pregnancy, The Federalist reports.
The document, “Fees for services schedule effective Jan. 1, 2013,” shows the service fees that ABR charged “per specimen”; however, the amounts were redacted.

Under the heading “Fetal cadaverous procurement,” ABR included “intact calvarium” from aborted babies between 8 and 24 weeks of pregnancy, as well as “2nd trimester D&E (13 – 24 weeks)” and “1st trimester aspiration (8 – 12 weeks).”
Other documents show that the FDA asked ABR for livers and thymuses from second-trimester aborted babies between 16 and 24 weeks. It specified that the babies’ bodies must be “free of known chromosomal abnormalities” and “fresh and never frozen.” The FDA explained that the aborted babies’ organs would be used to create “humanized mice” for scientific experiments.
Interestingly, in many of the documents, the humanity of these babies is obvious. The word “humanized” indicates that the aborted babies were unique, living human beings. And while the FDA referred to their organs as “tissue” and never to the babies from whom they came, it also acknowledged in a roundabout way that the aborted babies were, in fact, babies by mentioning their “mothers” on multiple occasions.
Under the Obama administration, at least $77 million tax dollars were spent on research projects that used aborted baby body parts, according to The Hill.
“We’ve done business with the F.D.A. for many years …” an ABR employee wrote in another email to a Food and Drug Administration contract specialist, dated July 18, 2017.
Several years ago, David Daleiden and the Center for Medical Progress uncovered evidence of potentially illegal sales of human body parts by Planned Parenthood and other abortion groups. The undercover investigation also found abortionists allegedly were putting women’s lives at risk by altering abortion procedures to better harvest their aborted babies’ body parts. It also found evidence of possible patient privacy violations.
As a result, authorities in Orange County, California shut down two of Planned Parenthood’s business partners after they admitted to selling aborted baby body parts.
The investigation and resulting outrage also prompted President Donald Trump’s administration to stop funding scientific research that uses aborted baby body parts. However, in April, President Joe Biden’s administration reversed Trump’s actions and allowed tax dollars to be used for the unethical research again.
