Actor Kevin Sorbo recently praised the new film “Roe v. Wade” for exposing the “horrific and evil” practice of abortion in America.

Sorbo and his wife, Sam, attended the movie premier in February in Florida, Christianity Daily reports. The film, which tells the story behind the infamous U.S. Supreme Court ruling that led to more than 62 million unborn babies’ deaths, came out over the weekend on online streaming platforms.

“I’m a pro-life person, just as my wife is. I’ve done a lot of pro-life speaking through the years as well. I’m here to support a movie that I wish I could have been in. I love what they did,” Sorbo told the Christian Post.

Sorbo (“Hercules,” “God’s Not Dead”) said it surprises him how many people believe that killing unborn babies is ok. Some politicians even defend killing babies up to “the minute they’re born,” he said.

His wife, Sam, a model and actress who homeschools their three children, said the new film also exposes the establishment media’s involvement in abortion advocacy, beginning in the 1960s and ’70s.

“You’ll see in the movie, the media played the pivotal role in this whole saga, telling a lie, a story about a young woman that was an outright lie,” she said. “Then perpetuating this myth that it’s not a human being, that it’s a clump of cells, that the young woman will never have to think about it again. All of these other stories that they tell, and none of which are true.”

Sam Sorbo said the film sheds light on the facts that prompted the Supreme Court to rule on RoeAn extensive independent fact check of the film found it to be historically accurate.

A rare conservative in Hollywood, Kevin Sorbo recently was banned from Facebook for expressing his opinions. He told the Post that “apathy is a big killer,” and Americans need to “fight back” with “strong passion.” Unlike leftists, however, Sorbo said they must do so without anger or hatred or divisiveness.

The “Roe v. Wade” movie tells the true story of the lies and manipulation used to push abortion on America. It is a project of Nick Loeb and Cathy Allyn. It stars Academy Award-winning actor Jon Voight, Robert Davi, Joey Lawrence, Corbin Berensen and Stacey Dash.

The film follows key advocates in the abortion fight in the 1970s, including former abortionist Dr. Bernard Nathanson, feminist Betty Friedan, and pro-life leader Dr. Mildred Jefferson, who was the first African American woman to graduate from Harvard Medical School.

Abortion activists find the “perfect pawn” in Norma McCorvey, the “Jane Roe” of Roe v. Wade. McCorvey later became pro-life and fought to overturn the infamous ruling that bears her name. She and others attested to her being mistreated and used by abortion activists to achieve their deadly agenda.

The film is available on Amazon, iTunes, Google Play, Vudu and On-Demand on local cable or satellite providers. For more information, visit RoevWadeMovie.com.
