And then one more. The Daily Caller is reporting that pro-abortion President-elect Joe Biden has chosen another abortion extremist to help fill out his cabinet: Rhode Island Gov. Gina Raimondo.
Gov. Raimondo will head the United States Department of Commerce.
Rhode Island pro-lifers are very familiar with her staunch and unyielding pro-abortion advocacy.
Appearing on a panel at the 2019 National Right to Life Convention, Barth E. Bracy, Executive Director, Rhode Island Right to Life, laid out for audience how pro-life forces came tantalizing close to defeating the Reproductive Privacy Act.
Like New York’s Reproductive Health Act, it was described (in this case by pro-abortion Gov. Raimondo) as merely “codif[ying] what has been the status quo under Roe v. Wade for nearly five decades.” In truth, Bracy explained, the Reproductive Privacy Act rivals New York’s and Vermont’s abortion-without-limitation for extremism.
Elsewhere, Barcy wrote how Gov. Raimondo, along with House Speaker Nicholas Mattiello and Senate President Dominick Ruggerio, “will be forever remembered as Rhode Island’s architects of abortion for having created a first ever ‘right’ under state law to take the life of an innocent human being. And,” contrary to their own lies,” he added, “the abortion law they actively pushed through goes far beyond the present status quo, which will become apparent to all over the next few years as it is fully implemented.”

Not that we were surprised, but Biden’s embrace of militant abortion supporters for his administration began with his choice for chief of staff, Ronald Klain. When NARAL president Ilyse Hogue tweeted, “Thank you for always being such
