The state of Georgia has completed its hand recount of the presidential race and pro-abortion candidate Joe Biden has lost 2,000 votes as a result, which the Georgia Secretary of State will soon certify. But President Trump’s campaign says the results “mean nothing” and it is preparing a lawsuit to challenge the results based on alleged voter fraud in the state.

Initial results found Biden ahead of Trump by about 14,000 votes and the recount found Biden ahead by 12,284 votes.

“The differential of the audit results from the original machine counted results is well within the expected margin of human error that occurs when hand-counting ballots,” Ben Adida, executive director of VotingWorks, said in the secretary of state’s announcement, which added that an error rate of about 2% was expected.

In a press conference Thursday, Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuliani cited alleged fraud in Georgia’s election and announced that a lawsuit was forthcoming.

Giuliani also objected to the recount because of concerns with envelope signature matching.

“The recount being done in Georgia will tell us nothing because these fraudulent ballots will just be counted again because they wouldn’t provide the signatures to match the ballots. So, it means nothing,” Giuliani said.

After the recount was announced, the Trump campaign said it was what they expected and indicate the lawsuit would move ahead.

“Headlines are already falsely reporting that Joe Biden is declared the winner in Georgia. Sorry, media, that’s not how it works. The State of Georgia has not certified its results, and it should not. This so-called hand recount went exactly as we expected because Georgia simply recounted all of the illegal ballots that had been included in the total,” it said. “We continue to demand that Georgia conduct an honest recount, which includes signature matching. We intend to pursue all legal options to ensure that only legal ballots are counted.”

Yesterday, Rudy Giuliani and the legal team for President Donald Trump laid their “opening statement” out by discussing the massive amount of evidence they say they have compiled in multiple battleground states. The former New York City mayor says there is enough evidence of voter fraud in battleground states like Pennsylvania and Michigan that, if those illegal ballots are thrown out, President Trump would win the election.

“I can prove to you that he won Pennsylvania by 300,000 votes. I can prove to you that he won Michigan by probably 50,000 votes,” he said.

Giuliani said these states need full audits and recounts of the vote and indicated the recount in Georgia and other states “means nothing” because fraudulent ballots will be counted again.

He outlined problems in Pennsylvania ranging from the prevention of poll watchers and ballot counters from doing their job to bags and stacks of illegal ballots being added to the totals. He also said Democrats in Pennsylvania have violated the equal protection clause by curing tens of thousands of ballots in liberal Pittsburgh and Philadelphia but not in conservative parts of the state.

Giuliani says witnesses in Detroit, Michigan have filed affidavits confirming they saw election workers coaching people how to vote and not taking proper ID to confirm valid voters.  He said there are enough illegal ballots in Detroit, Michigan with votes only for Joe Biden that, if thrown out, would be enough to put the state in Trump’s column.

“They carried it out in a corrupt city, not in Republican places,” he said.

“There are 60,000 ballots in Milwaukee county and 40,000 in Madison that, as far as we can tell… that don’t have applications, he added. “If you count the lawful votes, Trump won Wisconsin by a good margin.”

The former mayor also went after the media, imploring them to do their job and report on the ample evident of fraud the Trump legal team as found.

“Your coverage of [election fraud] has almost been as bad as the scheme itself,” he said. “Next time you say there’s no evidence, you’ll be lying.”

“The American people have a right to know this. You don’t have a right to keep it from them,” he said.

Trump attorney Sydney Powell also appeared at the press conference and made it clear she thinks the election fraud decided the election for Joe Biden.

“President Trump won by a landslide. We are going to prove it. And we are going to reclaim the United States of America for the people who vote for freedom,” she said.
