The road to Hell is paved with good intentions. The Biden campaign is using causes like women’s safety as a Trojan horse to usher in a new era of internet censorship.

Former Vice President Joe Biden has said that he “plans to convene a task force to create best practices for containing online harassment, which disproportionately affects women and young people,” CNBC summarized in a Nov. 10 report. Biden’s campaign website declared that if he gains the presidency, his administration “will shine a light on the online harassment, stalking, and abuse that now is a too-frequent reality for Americans, particularly for young people and women,” recognizing that “culture change must extend to our online lives.”

CNBC’s reporting consulted multiple experts who eagerly anticipate a new wave of censorship to wipe out their political enemies.

Carnegie Mellon University professor of computer science, engineering and public policy  Kathleen Carley proclaimed, “I think the task force could be very important because it’s very clear there is a lot of online disinformation and hate speech and we’ve seen how that’s been a significant way to harm women and vulnerable groups such as a children and minorities,” reported CNBC.

“We know these platforms are consistently the source of online harassment and threats to women, and there’s a connection to extremist consequences,” Vanderbilt University professor of psychology and human development Lisa Fazio commented to CNBC, with zero skepticism about the implications towards free speech.

The Biden-Harris campaign website explained that the task force will combine the power of many elite institutions if he wins the presidency, including: “federal agencies, state leaders, advocates, law enforcement, and technology experts.” The goal of the experts, according to the campaign website is “to study rampant online sexual harassment, stalking, and threats, including revenge porn, deepfakes, and the connection between this harassment, mass shootings, extremism and violence against women.”

The task force will also develop “cutting-edge strategies and recommendations for how federal and state governments, social media companies, schools, and other public and private entities can tackle this unique challenge.” A major theme will be how “The Task Force will consider platform accountability, transparent reporting requirements for incidents of harassment and response, and best practices.”
