State lawmakers in Pennsylvania are poised to launch hearings to investigate the 2020 election. They are also calling for a full audit of the election results, following what some legislators are describing as “mail-in ballot mayhem.”
2020 marked the first Presidential election in Pennsylvania history where voters could mail in ballots without an excuse. In some cases, voters reported to the polls, only to be told that they had already voted by mail when they say they had not.
“My office is being inundated with phone calls from constituents with questions about the integrity of the mail-in ballot system,” said state Representative Jerry Knowles (R—Berks/Carbon/Schuylkill Counties).
“Our House Republican leadership team is closely monitoring election-related misconduct and will use every legal and legislative tool at our disposal to stand up for the rule of law and legitimacy of our elections,” Rep. Knowles added.

Meanwhile, U.S. Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham (R—South Carolina) told Fox News that he had uncovered possible ballot harvesting at Pennsylvania nursing homes.
“We’re now finding potentially that 25,000 nursing home residents in different nursing homes requested mail-in ballots at the exact same time,” Graham told the news outlet.
“You can’t ballot harvest in Pennsylvania. What are the odds that 25,000 people in different locations of the same age group requested at the same time a ballot? Somebody is up to no good in these nursing homes,” Graham added.
A case in point: Herbert Stepp told me his 94-year-old mother, a nursing home resident, was “victimized in this travesty.” Stepp says “The scammers registered my mother as a Democrat, as I went into the PA voters website and verified.”
Stepp has signed an affidavit attesting to the victimization of his mother. “The bad part for me was that my mother has not voted for many years and was taken off the rolls in Dauphin County for inactivity because of her severe dementia,” Stepp said. He added that his mother was “pro-life for her entire adult life,” indicating that she would not have knowingly voted for a pro-abortion candidate.
