Because 62 million abortions in America apparently is not enough, a pro-abortion group just created a new online tool to help women find abortion facilities that will kill their unborn babies.
Designed by Power To Decide, the new Abortion Finder website provides information about more than 750 abortion facilities across the U.S., according to Forbes. The pro-abortion group boasts that it is “the most comprehensive directory of trusted and verified abortion service providers in the United States.”
To abortion activists, killing unborn babies is “essential” health care, and they believe they are doing some sort of moral good by helping women get abortions.
To use the new tool, women just have to type in their age, last menstrual period and location, and the website will direct them to abortion facilities nearby. The search tool includes information about the types of abortions that the facility provides and state laws, such as waiting periods, that restrict abortion.
It is clear that the tool is not for pregnant women looking for resources and options. It is a tool to promote the killing of unborn babies in abortions.
Gillian Sealy, CEO of Power to Decide, said the Abortion Finder is important because Google searches do not always direct women to abortion facilities. Instead, she said women may find a “fake clinic,” or pregnancy resource center, that tries to dissuade her from having the abortion.

She said they verified that every facility on their website provides abortions. Of course, there was no mention of if they also checked to see what other pregnancy options the abortion facilities may provide, if any.

Dr. Colleen Krajewski, an OB-GYN and assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh, says that she receives calls every week from people she knows who are looking for abortion care. “All of a sudden someone needs an abortion and they’re paralyzed,” she says.
If people Google for abortion providers or pregnancy options counseling, they could lose precious time. Krajewski says they might make an appointment with a crisis pregnancy center two weeks in advance, only to get there and find out the organization don’t offer abortion. Then they have to start the process over again, potentially adding hundreds of dollars to the cost of a procedure if they have to have a surgical abortion instead of a medical abortion due to the delay.
Though abortion activists claim to support “choice,” the only choice that they advocate for is abortion – a massive deception that harms women and unborn babies. Women who are unsure of their options or the resources available to them deserve real, unbiased information and support – something profit-driven abortion facilities do not provide.
Pregnancy resource centers do, and they do it for free. Across the U.S., thousands of pro-life pregnancy centers provide resources, counseling and hope to mothers and babies. They provide compassionate, nonjudgmental information about abortions, parenting and adoption, and they help support women through counseling, material supplies such as diapers and cribs, parenting classes and more. Many offer post-abortion healing programs as well.
