Joe Biden is being slammed as a hypocrite by one of the most popular reality TV stars of our time.
In his new book, “Duck Dynasty” star Phil Robertson criticized Biden for claiming to be a devout Catholic while promoting the killing of unborn babies in abortions, the Washington Examiner reports.
Robertson is well known for his Christian and conservative views. He spoke at a rally for President Donald Trump in 2019 and now hosts “In the Woods with Phil” on Blaze TV. His new book, “Jesus Politics: How to Win Back the Soul of America” is scheduled to be released Tuesday.
In it, Robertson wrote about Biden’s increasingly radical position on abortion, including his decision to support taxpayer-funded abortions in 2019.

“As he entered the race, he was criticized for his support of the Hyde Amendment. So, Old Joe flipped and changed his position. The New York Times reported, ‘Joseph R. Biden Jr. … no longer supports a measure that bans federal funding for most abortions.’ Show us your true colors, Joe,” Robertson wrote.
The Hyde Amendment prohibits taxpayer-funded elective abortions in federal spending. According to research by Charlotte Lozier Institute, it saves approximately 60,000 unborn babies from abortions each year.
It once had strong bi-partisan support, and polls consistently show that most Americans still support it. However, the billion-dollar abortion industry wants the Hyde Amendment gone, and pro-abortion groups donate millions of dollars to Democrats’ political campaigns.
When Biden caved into the pressure, he abandoned his Catholic faith, his commitment to representing voters and his duty to protect the most vulnerable in society.
“Hey, Mr. Biden, your hypocrisy is showing,” Robertson wrote in response.
He said Biden’s support for abortion, “profanity,” “sexual immorality and perversion” are a threat to the future of America, according to the report. But Robertson said Americans should not put their hope in any political party.
“The problem with our country isn’t a problem that can be solved by any political party,” he wrote. “If there’s one thing I know, it’s this: An encounter with the living God is the only hope for mankind. It’s the only hope for President Trump, for me, for America.”
