In his first comments about the allegations that he sexually assaulted his former staffer Tara Reade, pro-abortion presidential candidate Joe Biden claims, “It never happened.” the allegations against the presumptive Democrat nominee have snowballed in recent days as Reade as spoken up more forcefully and the mainstream media and pro-abortion Democrats have finally bgun to address the charges.

Reade worked as a Senate staffer for Biden in 1993 and has accused the then-senator of kissing her, touching her, and penetrating her with his fingers without her consent.

“They aren’t true. This never happened,” Biden said in a written statement put out by his campaign.

“While the details of these allegations of sexual harassment and sexual assault are complicated, two things are not complicated. One is that women deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, and when they step forward they should be heard, not silenced. The second is that their stories should be subject to appropriate inquiry and scrutiny,” Biden continued.

Biden called for the secretary of the Senate to ask the National Archives to “identify any record of the complaint she alleges she filed and make available to the press any such document.

“If there was ever any such complaint, the record will be there,” he said.

Biden also said the Archives are the relevant entity, and not the University of Delaware, which has many of his Senate papers but does not have “personnel files.” He said he would refuse any search of his papers at the University of Delaware.

“Responsible news organizations should examine and evaluate the full and growing record of inconsistencies in her story, which has changed repeatedly in both small and big ways.”

After the statement, Biden appeared on the pro-abortion news channel MSNBC and added: “No, it is not true. I’m saying unequivocally it never, never happened and it didn’t. It never happened.”

Reade says she filed a complaint with Biden’s office but he told MSNBC he doesn’t remember a complaint ever being filed.

Biden was asked to respond to his hypocritical castigation of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh when false sexual assault claims where made about him.

“They should start out with the presumption they are telling the truth, then you have to look at the circumstances and the facts,” Biden said. “There’s so many inconsistencies.”

“What I said during the Kavanaugh hearings was that she had a right to be heard,” Biden said.

When asked he if would allow a search for documents just Tara Reade’s name, Bidenhestitated and then asked, “Who does that search?”

Although Biden is denying the claims, evidence for the sexual assault allegations is adding up.

Recently, a clip from “Larry King Live” in 1993 resurfaced featuring a woman who purportedly was Reade’s mother mentioning “problems” her daughter faced with a “prominent senator.” And this week, Lynda LaCasse, a former neighbor of Reade’s and a Bidensupported, and Lorraine Sanchez, a former colleague of Reade’s, backed up her allegations.

Reade has not backed down from her claims.

“I’m sorry that I’m politically inconvenient, but my perpetrator was Joe Biden. And people need to deal with it,” she said.

She criticized Democratic silence on her allegations, saying that though she is a third-generation Democrat with a suffragette grandmother and a Democratic activist mother committed to fighting racism, she never wishes to be a part of the Democratic Party again.

“I’m not voting in a national election,” Reade added. “There is no democracy for me. I think, in my case, that democracy died in that corridor in 1993.”

“I think there’s all kinds of reasons,” she told the DCNF about why more Democrats aren’t standing with her. “There’s economic, there’s just fear of who he is and how powerful he is. I’m 56 years old, and I’ve kind of pushed beyond fear, I’m getting attacked I am getting harassed. But I think it’s important I stay strong and stay firm.”
