Disgusting Web Site Tells Women: How to Kill Your Baby in an Abortion

Abortion activists are encouraging women to have dangerous self-induced abortions.

The liberal news site Vice recently published an article with detailed information and resources instructing women how to abort their unborn babies on their own, without professional medical help.

Promoting these abortions may seem contradictory for the pro-abortion movement, which built itself up on warnings that women will be hurt or killed in self-induced or back alley abortions unless abortions are made legal.

But now Vice, along with other pro-abortion news outlets, magazines and publications focused on women’s issues are openly promoting what they once warned against.

According to Vice, self-induced abortions are becoming more “commonplace” in the United States.

Though abortions are legal in all 50 states and some states are expanding the legalized killing of unborn babies for any reason up to birth, some women supposedly have “no other choice” than to abort their unborn babies themselves, according to the report. Vice blamed pro-life informed consent laws and other state abortion restrictions that make it harder for women to abort their unborn babies.

However, it noted that other women choose self-induced abortions simply because they are “more convenient” and “can be done in the privacy of one’s home.”

It is illegal to sell abortion drugs online in the United States, but some groups are doing it anyway – and Vice promoted them openly. Aid Access, a pro-abortion group based in the Netherlands, received a warning letter from the Food and Drug Administration in 2019 for illegally selling abortion drugs online. The FDA told the abortion provider to “immediately cease” selling the drugs, warning that they are putting women at “significant health risk.”

Despite these warnings, pro-abortion groups continue to recommend the Netherlands abortion provider to women.

Vice claimed that, unlike prior to Roe v. Wade, self-induced abortions are now a very “safe and effective method of ending a pregnancy.”

Actually, the abortion drugs are responsible for the deaths of dozens of women worldwide, including at least 22 women in the United States, and have injured thousands more. A Planned Parenthood study even admitted at least one woman is seriously injured from the abortion pill daily.

And abortions are the opposite of safe for the unborn child. Abortion drugs have been used to kill millions of unborn babies across the United States in the past two decades.

To abort an unborn baby, women first take the drug mifepristone, which works by blocking the hormone progesterone, causing the uterine wall to break down and basically suffocating the unborn baby. A second drug, misoprostol, then induces contractions to expel the unborn child’s body.

Pro-life advocates have expressed strong concerns that mail-order abortion services could be misused by abusive men who want to force women to abort their unborn babies. In 2019, a Wisconsin man was charged with homicide after he allegedly bought abortion drugs from an illegal online abortion seller and slipped them into his pregnant ex-girlfriend’s drink to kill her unborn child.

Abortion advocacy has been built on lies and misinformation from the beginning. Though abortion activists claimed abortions need to be legal to keep women safe, there is evidence from abortion providers themselves that few women were dying from illegal abortions prior to Roe v. Wade.

In 1959, Planned Parenthood told the American Public Health Association: “Abortion is no longer a dangerous procedure…90% of all illegal abortions are presently being done by physicians.”

Now, more than 60 years later, it’s clear that the pro-abortion agenda is not really about women’s safety. It is not about promoting a “choice” between a woman and her doctor. It is about the killing of unborn babies.
