Investigative journalist David Daleiden said Kamala Harris is “the greatest threat to civil rights” that Americans have seen in generations.
Speaking Tuesday on SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Tonight, Daleiden described Harris’s biased prosecution of him after he exposed Planned Parenthood’s potentially illegal sales of aborted baby body parts.
Harris, a pro-abortion Democratic senator from California, is running for president of the United States. Just a few years ago, Daleiden said she abused her role as state attorney general to prosecute him for exposing the billion-dollar abortion “nonprofit.”
“I think that Kamala Harris is the greatest threat to civil rights and the greatest threat to our constitutional natural rights — First Amendment, everything else — that we’ve seen in our country in generations,” he told the news outlet. “She’s the greatest threat to it. She is not for the people. Kamala Harris is there to fool the people, and she’s here to control the people.”
He said Harris and Planned Parenthood have a “lengthy, incestuous relationship,” including numerous donations to Harris’s political campaigns.
“Planned Parenthood is the biggest abortion business in our country, funded by half a billion dollars in taxpayer money … ever single year,” Daleiden said. “For many years, Planned Parenthood has been one of many main suppliers of the dismembered physical components of aborted kids for numerous sorts of experimentation — none of it life-saving or contributing to cures …”
He continued: “As you can imagine, like any other big and powerful and well-funded organization that has some reporting done about it that it doesn’t like, Planned Parenthood was not pleased and they felt really, really threatened.”
One of the people who Planned Parenthood turned to for help was Harris, he said. His legal team recently produced evidence of their collaboration, including emails and testimony suggesting some investigative staff had to be coerced into raiding Daleiden’s home against their better judgment.

Last week, Daleiden’s lawyers filed a motion asking the court to throw out the search warrant that Harris ordered in 2016 on his home, slamming it as a “sham” and a “political favor to Planned Parenthood.”
“Planned Parenthood said to Kamala Harris, ‘We need you to seize those unreleased tapes, so that they can never be released to the public. Take them away from Daleiden, make sure he doesn’t have them,’” he said.
“They came in. They took everything that I had. Fortunately, we have back-up copies in lots of different places, so they were not completely successful, but that search warrant — ordered by Kamala Harris and executed by 11 of her agents in April of 2016 — brings us to where we are today with her successor, Xavier Becerra, prosecuting this completely bogus 15-felony charge complaint against me, all under the California video recording law,” he continued.
Daleiden has been defending himself in court for years after he exposed the gruesome baby body parts harvesting practices at Planned Parenthood. Many of the charges against them have been dropped, but the California case continues. His jury trial is scheduled for September.
He continued: “The California video recording law, by the way, does not make it a crime to record an open conversation in a crowded public area like a restaurant or a hotel lobby, which is what we did, and what regular local journalists in California do every single day and every single week, and publish, and not a single one of them has ever had a search warrant served on them for doing undercover video in the state of California. My case is the first and the only one.”
Daleiden said their motives are based in power and control, not freedom or liberty.
“They are about power and control, and they have a very narrow view of what a good [and] evolved person is to be in 2019, and they will be ruthless in trying to enforce that, which is what they’re doing to me and what they will try to do to many others,” he said.
“That’s why Kamala Harris is one of the biggest — probably the biggest contemporary threat — to civil rights that we’ve seen in this country in a very long time,” Daleiden said. “Her candidacy is very dangerous and should be very vigorously and publicly opposed.”
The Center for Medical Progress investigation exposed numerous atrocities inside Planned Parenthood abortion facilities across the U.S. Its findings prompted investigations by the U.S. House and Senate, as well as a number of states.
The committees concluded by recommending that the Department of Justice investigate Planned Parenthood. Both said they found strong evidence that the abortion chain broke the law. The Department of Justice is investigating.
Planned Parenthood repeatedly has denied all allegations of wrong-doing, and many news outlets now parrot its talking points that the undercover videos were deceptively edited or debunked, even though that is not true. An independent forensics investigation verified that the videos were authentic.
Some undercover videos show how Planned Parenthood employees callously and flippantly negotiated the price of tiny baby hearts, lungs, livers and brains. Other evidence indicates the abortion giant may have broken HIPAA patient privacy laws.
