Pop star Ariana Grande just made a huge donation to the abortion giant Planned Parenthood.

The 25-year-old actress and singer is a favorite among teens and tweens. A former Nickelodeon star, she recently joined the Hollywood outrage against new pro-life laws in Georgia, Alabama and Louisiana.

People reports Grande donated $250,000 to Planned Parenthood from the proceeds of her June 8 concert in Atlanta, Georgia. TMZ reports the show was sold out.

Planned Parenthood President Leana Wen gushed with praise for Grande after learning about the donation.

“Ariana Grande’s generous donation comes at a critical time — in Georgia and across the country, anti-women’s health politicians are trying to ban all safe, legal abortion,” she told People. “We are so grateful to Ariana for her longstanding commitment to supporting women’s rights and standing with Planned Parenthood to defend access to reproductive health care.”

Grande also supported the abortion chain in 2015 amid outrage over Planned Parenthood’s trafficking of aborted baby body parts.

“Women need to be educated, healthy, and empowered,” Grande wrote on Twitter at the time, along with the hashtag “StandWithPP.”

Planned Parenthood does not need the support, though rich Hollywood celebrities keep giving more. Some of the richest men in the world give hundreds of millions of dollars to the abortion chain, and the American government gives it about half a billion tax dollars each year.

Last year, Planned Parenthood’s own annual report listed a record $1.66 billion in revenue, including about half a billion taxpayer dollars. That same year, it did 332,757 abortions – more than one third of all abortions in the U.S. and more than any other group.

Earlier this year, Wen dropped the facade about being a health care provider and admitted that abortion is Planned Parenthood’s “core mission.”
