New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo may have signed a radical pro-abortion bill into law last week, but many groups are taking action to help expecting mothers who choose life for their unborn babies.
“We take care of patients from all different races, all different religions, all different creeds, and we love everybody. But there are certain times when I think individuals, and certain businesses, need to take a stand and say ‘this is what we think,’” he said.
The recent legislation in New York saddened Braddock and his staff because it legalizes abortions for basically any reason up to birth.
“That was one of those things that not just me, but my entire staff, entire team were just kind of really heartbroken over,” Braddock said.
Braddock is unashamed to say his clinic is pro-life. “Is it good for business? Maybe not…in this office, we take a stand for life.”
“We’re going to do a diaper drive to to show how many people stand for life…every single box of diapers that you bring in is basically a vote [saying] ‘we stand for life,’” Braddock said in the video.
The chiropractic office’s Facebook video has been viewed more than 55,000 times and shared nearly 1,000 times.
Braddock Chiropractic plans to donate the diapers to True Options Pregnancy Center, a center in Sherman, Texas that helps pregnant and parenting mothers. The nonprofit offers classes on parenting and pregnancy, and gives women the resources and information needed to choose life and support their children.

Texas state laws ban abortion after 20 weeks of pregnancy, and only licensed doctors can perform abortions.
In contrast, New York’s new law does not require abortions to be performed by a licensed doctor, which puts countless women at risk. It allows unborn babies to be aborted for any reason up to 24 weeks and up to birth for “health” reasons, a broad category that includes basically anything. It redefines a “person” as “a human being who has been born and is alive,” and describes abortion as a “fundamental right.” The law also removes state protections for infants born alive in botched abortions.
It poses serious dangers to women’s lives and rights as well. By removing protections from illegal abortions, the state law will open the door for abuses. Back alley abortionists, abusive partners or parents and others no longer will face charges for illegally killing an unborn baby – even if the mother wants her child.
Braddock Chiropractic is taking diaper donations at its office until Feb. 15. More information can be found at BraddockChiropractic.com.
