Earlier this year, so-called comedian Michelle Wolf was so disgusting during her performance at the White House Correspondents Association dinner that even liberal media outlets said it might possibly be the last dinner they have.

During her performance, Wolf used disgusting jokes about abortion that drew criticism from both sides of the political aisle. Now Wolf is paying the price for her disgusting pro-abortion comedy and Netflix is canceling her comedy show after just 10 episodes.

At the dinner, attendees were subjected to a vulgar, profane and bullying attack against women, especially personally lambasting pro-life Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders.

There was one joke that received the biggest negative reaction in the room, and it was another one about Sanders. During a riff about how Wolf doesn’t know what to refer to Sanders as, she asked, “What’s Uncle Tom but for white women who disappoint other white women?”

This was one of the few jokes that actually received audible boos. The camera was also fixated on Sanders this entire time, and she did not crack a smile once.

Many in the room were clearly outraged by Wolf’s two back-to-back jokes about abortion. First, Wolf said, “Mike Pence is also very anti-choice. He thinks abortion is murder. Which, first of all, don’t knock it ’till you try it. And when you do try it, really knock it. You gotta get that baby out of there.”

Groans could be heard as this was said. Wolf followed it up by saying, “I know a lot of you are very anti-abortion. You know, unless it’s the one you got for your secret mistress.”

Now, Netflix has pulled the plug on “The Break with Michelle Wolf,” according to The Hollywood Reporter. Just ten episodes in from the May start date, Wolf’s comedy program is no more.

“Wolf’s late-night entry failed to garner the kind of viewership that warrants a second season at the streaming giant,” the Reporter noted Sunday. “During the series’ brief run, Wolf herself generated considerable press attention and a handful of segments — including an ‘ICE Is’ recruitment video and a salute to abortion, among others.”

Viewers were repelled, according to some.

The abortion segment in particular prompted “horrified” Netflix customers to cancel their subscriptions, petition for the show’s cancellation and promote a #BoycottNetflix hashtag on Twitter, wrote Craig Bannister, an analyst for CNSNews.com.

“In the end, though, Wolf’s shock-and-offend theatrics failed to draw and maintain enough audience to justify a second season,” he said.

What was somewhat surprising at the time was the pushback from even liberal media elites.

MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell tweeted this:  “Apology is owed to [Sanders] and others grossly insulted by Michelle Wolf at White House Correspondents Assoc dinner.”

CNN’s Jeff Zeleny called Wolf’s performance “an embarrassment.”

Kyle Cheney of Politico tweeted that Wolf was “unnecessarily cruel.”

It will be interesting to see where Wolf lands and if she will reform her comedy or push abortion even further.
