Former Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards made a crazy accusation in a new interview with Salon.

She claims that pro-life Advocates are “willing to lie, cheat, steal, deceive, and break the law.” Richard’s maintains Planned Parenthood has never done that.

Here’s Richards’ outrageous claim:

Q. It does seem to me that there has been an escalation of these kinds of attacks on nonprofits like Planned Parenthood. What do you think accounts for that?

A. I don’t exactly know what accounts for it. Obviously, there were a couple of groups that specialize in this. I think that one of the things that I see on the right is they are so much more willing to lie, cheat, steal, deceive, break the law — tactics that frankly we don’t use in the progressive community. I do think that they have that advantage. The other is, they’ve got a lot of money. People who really probably could care less about the issue, but have complete focus on undermining any progressive institution that has either capacity or political power.

But a quick search finds that Planned Parenthood has done all of these multiple times under her leadership. In fact the Planned Parenthood abortion business right now is under investigation at the federal level for potentially illegally selling the body parts of aborted babies.

Richards herself lied in February.

She claimed that Planned Parenthood has been “acquitted of everything” related to its baby body parts trade. Quite the opposite of being acquitted, in early December, news broke that Planned Parenthood is being investigated by the federal government. The U.S. Department of Justice said it is investigating allegations that Planned Parenthood illegally profited from the sales of aborted baby body parts.

Planned Parenthood has cheated.

SIGN THE PETITION! Congress Must De-Fund Planned Parenthood Immediately

Planned Parenthood (PP) affiliates of California of illegally overcharging the government – and thus taxpayers – over $200 million. In Wisconsin an audit from the state Department of Health Services Office of the Inspector General found more than $63,000 in overbilling in 2014 by Planned Parenthood and other family planning facilities in Wisconsin. In the past few years, Oklahoma, Texas and several other states also discovered evidence of Planned Parenthood overbilling taxpayers through Medicaid. In April, Nebraska state auditors discovered the abortion giant was illegally funding its abortion practices with federal tax dollars.

Planned Parenthood has deceived.

Planned Parenthood has been putting extra emphasis on its non-abortion services recently in an attempt to justify the $500 million in taxpayer money it receives every year. Its leaders claim that being defunded would hurt millions of women who depend on Planned Parenthood for services like prenatal care, breast exams and birth control.

But  only five of the 97 Planned Parenthood facilities contacted across the United States provided prenatal care; the rest turned them away, according to an investigation.

And Planned Parenthood has broken the law — with the illegal baby parts trade as just one example. Here are eight states where Planned Parenthood has broken the law.

Records show multiple Ohio Planned Parenthood facilities appear to have been illegally dumping aborted fetuses in landfills. An undercover investigation revealed that three Planned Parenthoods in Florida have illegally performed late-term abortions, and one has not kept proper records of fetal remains. In November, a state inspection cited a Philadelphia Planned Parenthood for storing aborted babies in bags in a janitor’s closet.

Another state investigation revealed that three Planned Parenthoods in South Carolina dumped aborted babies in a public landfill. The abortion clinics face state fines totaling up to $51,000 for the violations. Planned Parenthood Missouri employees failed to respond to a subpoena from a Missouri Senate committee investigating the abortion group that asked them to testify and provide documents, LifeNews reported.

A Planned Parenthood in Denver neglected to a report one if its patients being sexually abused and is being accused of breaking state law. In a story LifeNews.com broke, a new report from the Alabama state health department confirms that the Planned Parenthood abortion business failed to report the rapes of a 14-year-old girl who ultimately had two abortions during a four-month time period.

A new Planned Parenthood opened in Louisville, Kentucky and began doing both medical and surgical abortions without being licensed by the state, which is a violation of state law.

Planned Parenthood is “willing to lie, cheat, steal, deceive, and break the law” every day Cecile.
