Abortion Activists Post Pro-Abortion Signs Outside Pro-Life VP-Elect Mike Pence’s DC Home

Abortion activists continue to try to shame incoming pro-life Vice President elect Mike Pence.
First they made thousands of donations to the Planned Parenthood abortion business in his name. Now residents of the neighborhood where Pence and his family will live are posting pro-abortion signs near his home and another attempt to shame him for holding pro-life views that protect women and unborn children.

The signs say Trust Women, as if opposing killing unborn children in abortions doesn’t trust women. The signs represent the same kind of backwards and convoluted thinking abortion activist have been guilty of for decades. They equate the destruction of human life with a respect for women as they ignore the damaging effects abortions have on women ranging from medical and physical problems to mental health issues.

Never mind that it’s hard to defend trusting women if you support killing little girls in the womb.

Nonetheless, here’s more:

A corner of Chevy Chase is becoming something of a message board for a seething Democratic city with little other recourse.

The tony upper Northwest neighborhood got a powerful, if temporary, resident when Vice President-elect Mike Pence rented a home there ahead of inauguration. Now, a series of signs declaring that “This Neighborhood Trusts Women” have started popping up in the area, including one directly across the street from the 5-bedroom house that Pence and his family have rented.

The lawn signs are courtesy of NARAL Pro-Choice America, which advocates for abortion rights around the country.

“Part of our charge following the election is making sure that Mike Pence knew just how off base he was with the majority of Americans when it comes to abortion access,” says NARAL’s communications director Kaylie Hanson Long. “The best way to let him know that is to go literally right to his door step and tell him.”

Out of touch with most Americans on abortion? Actually Americans who voted on abortion voted pro-life

A national poll of voters taken on election day, November 8, by the polling company Inc./Woman Trend found that essentially half of all voters (49%) said that abortion affected their vote. How did they vote – 31% said they voted for candidates who opposed abortion while only 18% said they voted for candidates who favored abortion – a 13% advantage for the pro-life side.

Looks like the Pence shamers are “off base.”
