It’s the nature and the wonder of the Internet. I was just about to poke fun at a ridiculous column by a pro-abortionist when I went to You Tube looking for a related item to buttress my case.
There I ran across a song that I remember hearing, gosh, seven or eight years ago, titled, “Let Them be Little.” It is not a pro-life song per se, it’s just the advice of a dad to, well, let your kids be little.
But listening to the first lines
“I can remember when you fit in the palm of my hand.
You felt so good in it; no bigger than a minute
How it amazes me, you’re changing with every blink
Faster than a flower blooms they grow up all too soon”
brought back waves of memories of my own four children when they were newborns and my two young grandchildren.

This song is filed under numerous categories; I found filed under “Fetal Development.” In the upper right hand corner, under that category, I saw 475,000 views.
What a transcendent illustration of a core pro-life message: the continuity of life from conception until natural death.
The song ends with this:
So let them be little ’cause they’re only that way for a while
Give them hope, give them praise, give them love every day
Let them cry, let them giggle, let them sleep in the middle
Oh just let them be little
And pro-lifers would, letting them be means protecting them, whether as a newborn or as a child or as a little one developing in her mother’s womb.
