More accusations are flying between Hollywood star Charlie Sheen and his ex-fiance Brett Rossi after she sued him last week for allegedly bullying her into having an abortion.

Sheen has denied the claims. Now sources close to him say his ex-fiance never had an abortion because she was never pregnant, the entertainment news website Radar Online reports.

Reports say Rossi, a porn star, filed a lawsuit against Sheen last week, alleging assault and battery, emotional distress, false imprisonment and negligence. She also accuses the former “Two and a Half Men” TV star of hiding his HIV status from her.

The couple were together for more than a year when Rossi got pregnant in 2014, according to the lawsuit. Rossi said in the lawsuit that she did not want to abort her unborn child, but Sheen allegedly “erupted into a fit of rage, stating he would ‘kick her to the curb’ if she did not have an abortion and that he did not want her to ‘give birth to a retarded child,’” People magazine reports. Sheen also allegedly said he did not want the child to inherit HIV, a disease that Sheen has been accused of hiding from his partners.

Rossi gave in and aborted their child in March 2014, according to the lawsuit. The couple later broke up in November 2014, and Rossi tried to commit suicide, reports state.

Sheen’s lawyer Martin D. Singer previously told People that the allegations are false.

An anonymous source close to Sheen told Radar that there is little evidence to prove that Rossi was ever pregnant.

“Did she ever even have an abortion? She left Charlie’s house one morning — came back a few hours later — and announced to Charlie that she’d had an abortion. There was no paperwork, no receipt, or no discussion beforehand. It’s suspicious,” according to the anonymous source.

Sheen also denies kicking Rossi while she was pregnant and claims she attempted to assault him at least twice, the source told the entertainment website. Sheen believes Rossi is acting out of jealousy after he started dating other women, according to the source.

Sheen’s legal team plans to file a response to the lawsuit this week, the report states.

“Charlie believes the entire baby claim was a total lie,” the source told Radar.

In the celebrity world, coerced abortions have been reported before. LifeNews has documented numerous celebrity stories about stars being accused of pressuring their partners to have abortions.

Celebrity musician and Aerosmith front man Steven Tyler, rap star Ludacris, NBA player J.J. Redick and Dallas Cowboys player Joseph Randle also reportedly pressured their girlfriends to abort their babies.
