The latest Kleenex commercial features a little girl named Andi who was born with Down syndrome. In the clip, Andi’s mother shares her daughter’s story and how a canine service animal changed her life.

On Facebook, the Kleexex company wrote the following about the video: “We all have people in our lives for whom we’re eternally grateful. For one family, it wasn’t a person, but a service dog that helped their young child develop a greater sense of independence and the feeling of unconditional love. Share a story about someone (or some animal) you’re grateful to have in your life and use #ShareKleenexCare.”

Advertisements like this one are important because they show others that people with Down syndrome can have happy and fulfilled lives. Unfortunately, some in our society believe children with the condition are always miserable and a burden to their families. However, as LifeNews previously reported, 99% of adults with Down syndrome report that they are happy in life.

Keep up with the latest pro-life news and information on Twitter.

Watch the commercial below and share with others that people with Down syndrome are just as valuable and happy as the rest of us!
