The mainstream media is going out of its way today to slam pro-life Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina for exposing the Planned Parenthood abortion business and how its harvests the bodies and brains of aborted babies.
Last night, Fiorina put Planned Parenthood’s sales of aborted babies and their body parts in full detail:
“I dare Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama to watch these tapes,” Fiorina said, referencing the 10 undercover videos that showed how Planned Parenthood sells aborted babies and their body parts.
She continued: “Watch a fully formed fetus on the table, its heart beating, its legs kicking, while someone says we have to keep it alive to harvest its brain. This is about the character of our nation, and if we will not stand up in and force President Obama to veto this bill, shame on us.”
Today, mainstream media outlets are trashing Fiorina and claiming she got the facts wrong. Newsbusters profiles a couple of media outlets attempting to discredit Fiorina.
Eager to provide supposed “fact-checking” of the Republican presidential debate, on Thursday, MSNBC NewsNation host Tamron Hall declared: “But to Carly Fiorina’s moment regarding Planned Parenthood. While that comment was applauded by conservatives, a lot of that Twitter traffic was also…people fact-checking her on that statement.”
NBC News senior political editor Mark Murray proclaimed: “Well, that’s right. And you know, even people here at NBC News who follow the Planned Parenthood and the videos, our health care reporters, they’ve found that there were some serious misstatements that was made not only by Carly Fiorina, but also Ted Cruz, about those videos.”
In an interview on ABC’s Good Morning America on Thursday, co-host George Stephanopoulos attempted to use the same left-wing talking points to discredit Fiorina, but was quickly shot down by the Republican.
National Review also highlighted how pro-abortion media outlets quickly rushed to Planned Partenthood’s defense:
The supposedly macabre video she’s talking about was highly, selectively edited by right-wing activists. Five state investigations of the issue closed without any findings of misdoing. Planned Parenthood, which provides critical medical services to tens of thousands of women across the country, doesn’t profit from fetal tissue donation, as the candidates imply.

Reporter Rachana Pradhan “fact-checked” Fiorina’s claim for Politico: “That video relies solely on the interview and does not include footage to support her claims.”
And Slate’s Amanda Marcotte rushed to contend that Fiorina’s “grisly abortion rant” was untruths through and through: “There is nothing in the videos made by CMP, either in the edited or full-length versions, that has anything approaching images of legs kicking or hearts beating.”
So was Fiorina right? Did Planned Parenthood harvest the brains of aborted babies who were still alive following the abortion? It turns out the answer is yes.
Last month, the group that has released 10 videos exposing Planned Parenthood released expose footage catching the nation’s biggest abortion business harvesting the brain of an aborted baby who was still alive.
The video (SHOWN BELOW) features Holly O’Donnell, a licensed phlebotomist who unsuspectingly took a job as a “procurement technician” at the fetal tissue company and biotech start-up StemExpress in late 2012. That’s the company that acts as a middleman and purchases the body parts of aborted babies from Planned Parenthood to sell to research universities and other places. StemExpress was partnered with Planned Parenthood up until last week, when it quietly announced it ended its relationship with the abortion corporation.
The new video includes O’Donnell’s eyewitness narrative of the daily practice of fetal body parts harvesting in Planned Parenthood abortion clinics. She tells the harrowing story of harvesting an intact brain from a late-term male unborn baby whose heart was still beating after the abortion.
O’Donnell describes the harvesting, or “procurement,” of organs from a nearly intact late-term baby aborted at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte’s Alameda clinic in San Jose, California.
“‘I want to see something kind of cool,’” O’Donnell says her supervisor asked her. “And she just taps the heart, and it starts beating. And I’m sitting here and I’m looking at this fetus, and its heart is beating, and I don’t know what to think.”
The San Jose Planned Parenthood does abortions up to 20 weeks of pregnancy. Referring to the beating heart of the aborted fetus, O’Donnell remarks, “I don’t know if that constitutes it’s technically dead, or it’s alive.”
