Chris Christie: Pro-Life Republicans Should Never Apologize for Being Pro-Life

Fresh from appearing at last night’s Republican debate, some of the GOP presidential candidates appeared at the RedState gathering today — a conference of conservative political activists from across the country. There, pro-life New Jersey Governor Chris Christie said pro-life Republicans should never apologize for their pro-life views on abortion.

Christie also dogged pro-abortion presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, saying her response to the videos catching Planned Parenthood selling aborted babies was as disgusting as the videos themselves. That comment follows on Christie ripping Clinton, who has done her best to avoid commenting directly on the scandal of Planned Parenthood selling aborted babies.

Clinton has repeatedly addressed the scandal, but would only say she found images from the shocking videos “disturbing” and then defended Planned Parenthood’s work. She also recently put out her own video defending Planned Parenthood but ignoring how it sells aborted babies.

In his new video days ago, Christie defends his repeated vetoes of bill the New Jersey legislature has passed attempting to give millions in taxpayer funding to the Planned Parenthood abortion businessmen. He also challenges Clinton to quit defending Planned Parenthood.

Here are a sample of tweets from Christie’s appearance today at the Red State gathering, where he also reiterated his opposition to assisted suicide.
