Although many Democrats are praising Hillary Clinton and supporting her in her campaign for president, some Iowa Democrats can’t name a single thing she accomplished as Secretary of State. Listen to their remarks in the video below.
Unfortunately, even though these Democrats are aware of Clinton’s shortcomings they will probably vote for her anyway if she wins in the primaries. This is why pro-lifers must expose her extreme pro-abortion views.
As Secretary of State, Clinton promoted her radical pro-abortion agenda by pushing it on the international level. As LifeNews previously reported, in 2012 she aligned herself with Planned Parenthood, the United Nations Population Fund, and Catholics for Choice to add language to negotiation documents that included “reproductive rights” at the Rio+20 Conference. Thankfully, the majority of countries wouldn’t have it and they successfully removed any mention of population control or “reproductive rights” from the final outcome.
Clinton expressed her disappointment in their decision in a speech at the conference. She said, “While I am very pleased that this year’s outcome document endorses sexual and reproductive health and universal access to family planning, to reach our goals in sustainable development we also have to ensure women’s reproductive rights. Women must be empowered to make decisions about whether and when to have children. And the United States will continue to work to ensure that those rights are respected in international agreements.”
More recently, no sooner did the House of Representatives pass a bill to protect babies from late-term abortions and ban them after 20 weeks than Clinton fired off a statement slamming them for doing so.
Clinton pushed abortion at a fundraising event in March. One year to the date after she received an award from the radical pro-abortion group Emily’s List, likely presidential candidate Hillary Clinton gave the keynote address last night at a fundraiser for the organization.
