Court records show that a young girl, who was sexually assaulted by an adult male, had been taken to Planned Parenthood for birth control by the predator.
Paul James Frederick was 42 years old and the victim. referred to as, S.H. in the court document, was 14 years old when the conduct occurred. According to court documents, Frederick obtained the permission of the teen’s mother before S.H. slept over. Her mother assumed that S.H. slept on the couch, but Frederick often made S.H. sleep with him.
The court document shows a behavior of grooming which Frederick used to prepare the teen by driving her to and from school and buying the child, “anything she . . . ask[ed] for.”

Frederick bought the teen clothes and Victoria’s Secret underwear, jewelry, shirts and everything purple. He also took the teen to a tanning salon and paid for her sessions.
Because S.H. was “inexperienced” and a “virgin,” Frederick took her to Planned Parenthood to get birth control,the document said.
Initially, Paul James Frederick was charged with three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and three counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
But, on October 11, 2012, Frederick was convicted of first degree criminal sexual conduct.
Pro-life groups like Life Dynamics have documented how Planned Parenthood and the abortion industry cover for child sexual predators when they fail to report pregnant teens for possible abuse.
This is just one more example of how Planned Parenthood turns a blind eye to to victims of child sexual abuse.
