A newborn survived a fall onto railroad tracks after his Indian mother gave birth on the toilet in the train and he slipped down the pipe.

The incident happened this weekend on Barmer Kalka Express. The pregnant woman went to the toilet and fainted during labor pains.

She delivered the baby boy in the toilet and the newborn slipped through the pipe and fell on the railway track in Dabli Rathan in Hanumangarh.

The woman… felt acute labour pain, so she went to the toilet to relieve herself and gave birth to a baby boy who slipped down through the toilet bowl and fell on the tracks,” senior railway police official Subhash Vishnoi told AFP by phone.
