Arkansas Democrat Receives Political Contribution From Abortion Clinic

An Arkansas abortion clinic has made a political contribution to a Democrat challenging a pro-life incumbent in the state.

Democrat Joel “Tyler” Pearson who is running for State Senate District 35 is challenging the incumbent Senator Jason Rapert, and has accepted a donation from Little Rock Family Planning Services abortion clinic:

joelpearsonAccording to TalkBusiness.net, Little Rock Family Planning Services contributed $1,000 to Pearson. According to the abortion clinic’s website, they offer abortion services during the second trimester of pregnancy – between 14 and 21 weeks.

Pearson’s report also shows contributions from employees of Planned Parenthood and from the Arkansas Director of the ACLU.
