Planned Parenthood’s unbelievably creepy looking Condom Man demonstrates how to use a female condom, thrusting his curled hand in an in-and-out motion to demonstrate how the condom gets “thoroughly used.” He is brought to the young people of the Memphis area courtesy of Planned Parenthood Greater Memphis Region (PPGMR) via your hard-earned tax dollars.
“Today’s topic: Insertions! Aka, the female condom,” he says in the video. Picking up a model of a vagina, he pinches, then inserts the female condom, exclaiming, “Oh, yeah.” The masked man continues, “Now once it’s properly applied and—(thrusting his cuffed hand in an in-and-out motion)—thoroughly used, twist ‘er, right there.” He ends the demonstration by pointing out that female condoms can also be used for anal sex.
Condom Man is speaking on behalf of Free Condoms Memphis, a program of Planned Parenthood that peddles condoms in local schools, the health department, churches, Laundromats, tattoo companies, hair salons, bars, and any other venue it can get into, including YWCA’s outreach to Spanish-speaking immigrant women and Choices Memphis Center for Reproductive Health, where kids can get male or female condoms and dental dams for oral sex. Free Condoms Memphis will be bolstered by a new $795,000 grant spanning a three-year period, from the U.S. Department of Health. The $265,000 per year grant will also allow PPGMR to get its hooks into more Spanish speaking immigrants by offering them free condoms and free HIV testing—paid for by you and me. PPGMR has historically targeted people of color. Its 2012 annual report shows that 60 percent of its clients are African American, and only 31 percent are white, non-Hispanic.

Why should the money of hardworking Americans be squandered on such disgusting programs? Why should we be forced to fund Planned Parenthood’s ever-expanding reach into the Hispanic community? It is time to defund Planned Parenthood completely. Contact your U.S. senators and representatives today, and insist that Planned Parenthood be totally defunded. Tell them you don’t want to pay for Condom Man to abuse your children’s innocence.
