Few, if any, acts can match Newsboys concert presence, spirit and performance. Opening for Newsboys will be the Christian group for King & Country, known for music that is “authentic, real and from the heart.”
One of the most popular bands in Christian music for the past two decades, Newsboys has consistently delivered some of the industry’s most exciting live shows, not to mention a slew of radio hits. To date, Newsboys sold over 8 million albums, minted five gold records, charted more than 25 No. 1 radio hits and earned four Grammy nominations. For Newsboys, breaking records and selling albums has never really been its focus, but rather to provide an exhilarating entertainment experience for music fans while sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ.
The band for KING & COUNTRY continues to make their mark on the Christian music industry. Enveloping their insightful lyrics in a sea of ear-grabbing melodies, brothers Joel and Luke have forged a distinctive sound that has earned them an enthusiastic fan base as well as the respect of industry professionals who keep tapping their music for use in high profile TV shows. The band recently performed in front of millions of viewers on NBC’s The Tonight Show.
