Real Friends Don’t Count Chromosomes: Sister Honors Brother With Down Syndrome in Touching Video

(LiveActionNews) — In 2012, a young girl named Ace honored her brother with Down Syndrome by making a video for him. The video was released for National Down Syndrome Day, and Ace explains how her brother and best friend, Archie, was adopted from Bulgaria.

In the video, Ace talks about Archie’s journey from Bulgaria to her family, how much she loves him, and how he sometimes gets on her nerves. The video garnered over a million views:

Recently, the video resurfaced. Ace decided to make a new video as an update at the end of August.  In the two years between the videos, it is obvious that Archie made vast strides in his development, and Ace is just as great a sister as ever.
