A Portland, Oregon ice cream shop is trying to make the killing of unborn babies more palatable with a new ice cream flavor called “Rocky Roe v. Wade.”

The shop, What’s the Scoop, partnered with the radical pro-abortion group NARAL to create and market the flavor and support legalized abortion on demand, The Blaze reports.

According to NARAL, the new custom flavor “Rocky Roe v. Wade” was “made exclusively for NARAL Pro-Choice Oregon.”

People who buy pints of it through Aug. 26 will “help defend reproductive freedom,” the pro-abortion group wrote on Twitter. The organization said half of all sales will go to NARAL’s Oregon chapter.

It appears the flavor has not gone over very well. The NARAL post had just 37 “likes” on Twitter, compared to nearly 500 comments, most of which express disgust at the sweet treat being used to promote the killing of unborn babies.

Similarly, on What’s the Scoop’s Twitter and Facebook pages, its recent posts have very few “likes” and dozens of comments in opposition to its abortion advocacy.

Three years ago, the same shop promoted the abortion giant Planned Parenthood with another custom flavor, Taste of Victory.

What the Portland business is supporting is not women’s rights or justice or equality. It is supporting the legal killing of unborn babies for any reason up to birth. Since 1973, about 60 million unborn babies have been legally killed in abortions as a result of Roe v. Wade and its companion case Doe v. Bolton. It also is supporting the billion-dollar abortion industry, which manipulates and lies to women about the children in their wombs.

If only abortion activists put as much effort and creativity into helping pregnant moms and babies as they do into promoting abortion, who knows how many more lives would be saved. Instead, they choose to promote an industry that cares more about killing unborn babies than providing health care and support to women.
