When does a baby get Constitutional rights? That’s an easy question for pro-life voters to answer but a more difficult one for the head of the nation’s biggest abortion business.

While pro-abortion presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has an answer the question Cecile Richards, the CEO of the Planned Parenthood abortion company, has no idea. As CNS News reports:

On Tuesday, Doug Wagner of WHO Newsradio in Iowa discussed Hillary Clinton’s view that constitutional rights for the unborn don’t exist. He then asked Richards her thoughts on the issue.

Wagner said, “At what point does that child – or that unborn person, fetus – whatever you want to call it – at what point does that baby get the constitutional rights?”

“Well, I don’t really, actually – I don’t know that there’s an exact answer for that” Richards replied.

Richards went on to say that women have the right to abort their baby at least until viability and there should be no restrictions on abortions.

While Hillary Clinton’s answer is far off from what ought to be reality at least she has an answer. And her answer is different from that of the abortion business president because Hillary Clinton believes that unborn children have no rights until birth.
