Hillary Clinton: Abortion is “Critical to Who We are as Women, It’s About Women’s Autonomy”

Hillary Clinton is once again seizing on the comments Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump made regarding punishing women and saying that his views reflect those of all pro-life people. She claims pro-life voters just want to punish women and put them in jail for having abortions — attempting to stoke the old phony war on women attacks abortion activists have previously leveled at pro-life advocates.

Moreover, Clinton is putting forth the odd view that abortion is somehow all about women — even though it destroys the lives of tiny little boys and girls before birth.

Here’s more:

During a town hall in Brooklyn focused on women, Clinton implored her supporters not to be misled into thinking Trump’s opponents are any better.

“You know Trump may be the most outrageous of the Republicans, he is saying what all of them believe,” Clinton said. “They want abortion to be illegal and they do want to punish women and doctors. He just committed the sin of actually telling people what they believe and so, this is a challenge that some of us have been dealing with for a long time.”

The issue of abortion rights, Clinton continued, “goes to the heart of women’s autonomy and independence and rights. It is critical to who we are and who we can be, so we must defend it.”

Here’s the video of her comments:

During an interview on The View yesterday, Hillary Clinton said an unborn child just hours before delivery should have no Constitutional rights. her comments come just days after Clinton said unborn children simply do not have any Constitutional rights, which would include the right to life.
