The Obama administration is refusing to provide information about the contract it has with a Planned Parenthood abortion practitioner caught selling the body parts of aborted babies in the very first video released by the Center for Medical progress.
A shocking expose’ video caught Planned Parenthood’s top doctor describing how the abortion business sells the body parts of aborted babies. After that expose’, new information came to light indicating the Planned Parenthood abortionist works with current and former Obama administration staffers.
As LifeNews reported, Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s Senior Director of Medical Services, Dr. Deborah Nucatola, was caught describing how Planned Parenthood sells the body parts of aborted unborn children and admitting she uses partial-birth abortions to supply intact body parts.

In the video, Nucatola is at a business lunch with actors posing as buyers from a human biologics company. As head of PPFA’s Medical Services department, Nucatola has overseen medical practice at all Planned Parenthood locations since 2009. She also trains new Planned Parenthood abortion doctors and performs abortions herself at Planned Parenthood Los Angeles up to 24 weeks.
Nucatola admits that Planned Parenthood charges per-specimen for baby body parts, uses pseudo-partial-birth abortion procedures in order to get salable parts, and is aware of their own liability for doing so and takes steps to cover it up.
As LifeNews further reported, Nucatola serves on the board of a pro-abortion sex ed group founded by a former Obama administration official and whose board includes current Obama administration staff.
Nucatola is currently employed at Sexual Health Innovations, founded by former Obama White House staffer Jessica Ladd. Senior Obama administration officials sit on the board of the abortion activist group, including Praveen Basaviah of the President’s Advisory Council on HIV/AIDS and Kyle Bernstein of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The IRS-approved 501(c)3 tech nonprofit is a major Obama administration contractor.
Additional information also shows contracts between the Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Population Affairs and Nucatola for Dr. Nucatola’s paid work on the 2014 government report “Providing Quality Family Planning Services.”
Seeking more information on Nucatola’s connection with the Obama administration, including the contracts, the legal group Judicial Watch submitted two FOIA requests to the Obama administration seeking, among other records:
- Records related to contracts and/or consultancy agreement between the CDC and Dr. Deborah Nucatola regarding her work on the report “Providing Quality Family Planning Services,” released April 25, 2014;
- Records concerning contracts and/or consultancy agreement between the CDC and Dr. Deborah Nucatola regarding her work on the report “Sexually Transmitted Diseases Treatment Guidelines,” released June 5, 2015; an
- Records regarding contracts and/or consultancy agreement between the CDC and Dr. Deborah Nucatola regarding her work on the “U.S. Selected Practice Recommendations for Contraceptive Use,” released in 2013.
Because the Obama administration has refused to respond, Judicial Watch announced today that it has filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia seeking records related to the contracts.
