Planned Parenthood is pushing a multi-million dollar public relations gimmick to try and convince Americans that they don’t sell the body parts of babies victimized in abortions and are only concerned with women’s health. In fact, The Federalist reports that that they’re in the middle of a social media campaign that encourages women to share their amazing stories from visits at Planned Parenthood.

However, on Yelp, the popular online customer review website, countless women have shared about their experiences at unsafe and filthy Planned Parenthood abortion facilities across the country. The reviews are from Planned Parenthood clinics in Virginia, Washington D.C., Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and Pennsylvania, and shed light on how absolutely awful their care for women can be.

For example, one reviewer admits that she was scared for her life prior to her abortion because of the poor service she received at a Planned Parenthood clinic. Then, another women said the Planned Parenthood she visited was dirty and the staff didn’t seem to care.

Other reviews complained about everything from poor service and disgusting facilities at Planned Parenthood, to unqualified staff and improper medical care. View the abortion giant’s comments on Twitter below and reviews from women across the country.
