In an interview with MTP Daily’s Chuck Todd, Hillary Clinton elaborated on her radical abortion views by explaining that she doesn’t support restrictions unless they are at the very end of the third trimester of pregnancy.
She said, “There can be restrictions in the very end of the third trimester, but they have to take into account the life and health of the mother.”
“If there is a way to structure some kind of constitutional restrictions that take into account the life of the mother and her health, then I am open to that, but I have yet to see the Republicans willing to actually do that, and that would be an area where if they included health, you could see constitutional action,” Clinton added.
As Clinton knows, the Roe v. Wade companion case Doe v. Bolton already provides for an expansive health exception that essentially allows unlimited abortions up to birth with few, if any, limits.

According to the American Pregnancy Association, the third trimester begins at the 27th week of pregnancy and goes to the 40th week. As LifeNews previously reported, in the United States, some doctors are starting to consider 22-weeks as the new marker for fetal viability, meaning weeks before the third trimester begins babies can survive outside the womb.
In a previous interview with CBS’ Face the Nation, Clinton said she opposes restrictions on abortion “at any state of pregnancy” because of “a woman’s right to choose.” She added, “This is one of those really painful questions that people raise and obviously it’s really emotional. I think that the kind of late term abortions that take place are because of medical necessity. Therefore, I would hate to see the government interfering with that decision.”
Additionally, Clinton was vocal about her support of Planned Parenthood after videos were released exposing their organ harvesting business. In a video message, she criticized pro-life politicians who supported de-funding the abortion company. She said, “If this feels like a full-on assault on women’s health— that’s because it is. When politicians talk about defunding Planned Parenthood they are talking about blocking millions of women, men and young people from life saving preventive care. Cancer screenings, breast exams, birth-control.”
Then, unbelievably, Clinton compared pro-lifers to terrorists while on the campaign trail in Ohio. On August 27th, she said, “Now, extreme views about women, we expect that from some of the terrorist groups, we expect that from people who don’t want to live in the modern world, but it’s a little hard to take from Republicans who want to be the president of the United States.”
