A new report from the Alabama state health department confirms that the Planned Parenthood abortion business failed to report the rapes of a 14-year-old girl who ultimately had two abortions during a four-month time period. This is the latest bad publicity for the abortion company after Planned Parenthood was found in a series of videos to be selling aborted babies and their body parts.
The latest report from the Alabama Department of Public Health about the Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Mobile is dated from November but was only made public on August 13th.

There are several major problems, including failure to report possible sexual abuse of minor, failure to document all records correctly, patient care issues, and infection control problems. Regarding the failure to report the sexual abuse of a minor, the report states:
Based on the review of the Alabama Code 1975, Title 26, Chapter 14, Reporting of Child Abuse or Neglect, facility’s policies and procedures, medical record (MR), and interview, it was determined the facility failed to report reasonable suspected abuse or neglect for a minor. This affected MR # 16 and had the potential to affect all patients served by this facility.
Patient MR # 16 was seen in the facility [in April 2014] for counseling. Review of the History and Physical revealed MR # 16 was 14 years old and had 2 living children given in separate births.
“There was no documentation in the medical record of the facility reporting suspected abuse to the proper authorities as required by Ala. Code Reporting of Child Abuse or neglect.
MR # 16 was seen again in the facility [in August 2014] for counseling. Review of the History and Physical by the inspector revealed this was the second abortion in 4 months [for this 14 year old].

According to the state health department, this 14-year-old client not only was given two abortions during a 4-month-period without sexual abuse reported to authorites, but her Hemoglobin levels were below 10, which is the base level for an abortion.
Responding to the report, pro-life advocate Sue Turner told LifeNews.com she si not surprised by the findings.
“In 2009, Lila Rose (Live Action) carried out a ‘sting’ at the Planned Parenthood Birmingham site, which is caught on tape, during which she impersonated a 13 year-old who had been impregnated by an older man and she was told by the PP staff that they would do the abortion and not report the suspected statutory rape/abuse of a minor,” she said. “Troy King, the Alabama Attorney General at the time, took control of this case, promising to bring charges against Planned Parenthood. Nothing was ever done. By the time the ADPH got the case back, all they could do was put PP Birmingham on Probation for 12 months, which they did.”
“If you look at the 10/15/2009 ADPH Deficiency Report of PP in Birmingham, which was done after the Lila Rose story, you will find that they not only failed to report Lila Rose’s apparent abuse, but that there was also a real 15 year old (Patient #1) who came to PP Birmingham for 2 abortions within four months, and her potential situation was not reported either,” she continued. “Many minors are mentioned [in the report] because of poor documentation and failure to verify the person signing for the abortion was, in fact, a parent. It is doubtful that any of these cases were ever reported.”

“Planned Parenthood has a legacy of casually sweeping child sexual abuse under the rug, as documented in real life cases and through undercover investigations. Planned Parenthood has a history of not reporting statutory rape or sexual abuse to authorities.
Planned Parenthood abortion clinics have come under fire countless times over the years for not reporting cases of statutory rape to authorities as required by state law. In Arizona, officials say the abortion giant failed again to provide the proper report to authorities about a victim of a young man who is a serial rapist.
Not only did Planned Parenthood intentionally fail to report the rape but, in so doing, it allowed the rapist to rape as many as 18 or more teenage girls, authorities say, making it so the abortion company is partially responsible for victimizing them as well.
