Since 1992, the publicly-funded Stroger Hospital has been doing abortions and now their name has appeared in the video with Planned Parenthood’s Medical Director, Dr. Deborah Nucatola, explaining how the abortion giant sells body parts of aborted babies.
Last week, the Illinois Review reported that the transcripts reveal that Dr. Nucatola suggested to the actors posing as buyers to check in with the hospital’s family planning director to see if they can connect and collect fetal body parts after abortions. Then the buyers ask the abortionist how far into pregnancy the hospital does abortions. She responds by saying that their limit is about 20 weeks and they use a drug called Digoxin (also called Dig) to stop the babies’ hearts.
Unbelievably, the abortionist goes on to say that Chicago’s hospital is the best place to find larger abortion cases apart from the University of California- San Francisco.

She said, “This is the type of setting where they check to see if the dilation is enough, if it’s not they put another set, and have them come back the next day because they’re doing them five days in a row. There you have probably the best opportunity outside of UCSF to get those larger cases. But Cook County is fabulous, it’s in the center of Chicago, two airports, plenty of opportunities there.”
Now the Thomas More Society has issued a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requesting all information relating to the hospitals abortion practices. On behalf of Illinois Right to Life they asked for the following: records relating to the disposition of dead aborted babies, records about transplants, agreements and research as well as contracts and records dealing with reimbursements or payments. Specifically, they want records from the last five years as well as the number of abortions the hospital performed in that time period.
In the FOIA request, they also ask that all communication going to and from the hospital be made available. This includes any records of emails, recordings, cell phone calls, radio messages, photographs, online postings, and handwritten records.
As LifeNews previously reported, the Planned Parenthood video sparked outrage across the country from grassroots activists and stay-at-home-moms to lawmakers and even presidential candidates. In the video, Nucatola admits that Planned Parenthood charges per-specimen for baby body parts, uses altered abortion procedures in order to get salable parts, and is aware of their own liability for doing so and takes steps to cover it up.
The footage shockingly depicts the top medical official at the Planned Parenthood corporation munching on her salad while she discusses the sale of body parts of unborn children victimized by abortions. She brazenly describes how the heads of unborn babies killed in abortions command top dollar.
The buyers ask Nucatola, “How much of a difference can that actually make, if you know kind of what’s expected, or what we need?”
“It makes a huge difference,” Nucatola replies. “I’d say a lot of people want liver. And for that reason, most providers will do this case under ultrasound guidance, so they’ll know where they’re putting their forceps. The kind of rate-limiting step of the procedure is calvarium. Calvarium—the head—is basically the biggest part.”
Nucatola concludes, “We’ve been very good at getting heart, lung, liver, because we know that, so I’m not gonna crush that part, I’m gonna basically crush below, I’m gonna crush above, and I’m gonna see if I can get it all intact.”
