The state capital of Nebraska is now abortion free as the abortionist who worked at the Planned Parenthood abortion center has left under mysterious circumstances. A local pro-life leader credits Nebraska’s webcam abortion ban with helping keep the city abortion free for a short time.
A local news report has additional details on how Lincoln, Nebraska will be abortion free for at least a few weeks, if not longer, depending on when a new abortion practitioner is able to start work. But abortion business officials give no reason for the abortion practitioner’s departure.
The departure of a doctor working for Planned Parenthood of the Heartland has left Lincoln temporarily without abortion services and reduced their availability in Omaha.

Angie Remington, a Planned Parenthood spokeswoman, said a new doctor will be starting as soon as she can renew her Nebraska credentials.
She said the agency expects to resume a regular schedule of abortion services within the next several weeks.
The interruption resulted from the unanticipated departure of a longtime Planned Parenthood physician near the end of March, Remington said. She declined to say why the doctor left, citing the confidentiality of personnel records.
The doctor’s absence means that abortions cannot be performed at the Lincoln clinic. Abortions are continuing at the Omaha clinic with an Iowa-based doctor but appointments are limited, Remington said.
The head of the state’s major pro-life group is delighted by the news.
“One of the abortion industry’s biggest fears has hit Planned Parenthood of the Heartland: the dwindling number of people who agree to kill unborn babies for a living.” said Julie Schmit-Albin, Executive Director of Nebraska Right to Life.
She told LifeNews.com: “Thankfully Nebraska passed a law in 2011 to prevent PPH from doing RU-486 abortions via web cam. Our law states that a physician must be physically present to do any abortion, including chemical. We pray the Lincoln facility will remain abortion free and it is only a matter of time before PPH cannot do abortions in Omaha.”
