The winner of this year’s Gerber Baby “Be Our Baby Photo Search” is seven-month-old Grace from East Petersburg, Pennsylvania. According to a press release from Gerber, she was chosen out of more than 180,000 entries.
Grace’s mother, Gabrielle, took the picture but didn’t realize how adorable the photo was until later. She told Gerber, “She must have taken her hands out of her mouth and posed them like that for a split second because I didn’t even realize how cute she was posing until after I was completely done taking pictures and looking back at what I had just taken!”
The Gerber press release also states that Grace’s parents will receive a $50,000 prize, one year of Gerber baby food and the opportunity to appear in a future Gerber advertisement.

In 2014, the iconic Gerber baby Ann Turner Cook turned 87-years-old. As LifeNews previously reported, in 1931, Gerber trademarked her picture, and in the early 1950s the company paid her a lump sum, which was enough to make a down payment on a modest house and to buy her first car.
