Pro-abortion Colorado Sen. Mark Udall has released a campaign ad trashing pro-life Congressman Cory Gardner, who is challenging the abortion advocate in one of the hottest Senate races in the country.

udall2Gardner, a pro-life Congressman from Colorado, hopes to help pro-life advocates gain control of the Senate from Reid and to put it back in pro-life hands. Gardner is a longtime pro-life advocate who maintains a 100% pro-life voting record in the House.

Udall has already spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on false ads across the state claiming Gardner opposes contraception and birth control and now he is out with a new ad that promotes abortion and features a little girl.

The Daily Caller has more on the ad:

Udall’s new “Backwards” TV ad against opponent Cory Gardner, a Republican congressman, features a woman holding a girl that looks about five or six years old while discussing abortion.

After the ad’s narrator criticizes Gardner’s “history supporting harsh anti-abortion laws,” the mother, with the girl in her lap, says: “I want my daughter to have the same choices I do.”

Sarah Zagorski, Executive Director of Colorado Citizens for Life, told LifeNews:

Sen. Mark Udall has consistently shown the people of Colorado where he stands on abortion. From voting in favor of unlimited abortion funding
for businesses like Planned Parenthood, to refusing to support parental consent laws for minors, Udall holds an extreme abortion-on-demand view
and will not protect the women and children of Colorado. His new pro-abortion ad which features a little girl and her mother, shows the
citizens of Colorado just how far he will go to promote his radical abortion agenda.

Congressman Cory Gardner has an 100% pro-life voting record and is dedicated to protecting the women and children of our great state. In
the past, Congressman Gardner has voted for legislation that would ban painful late-term abortions, and he has voted against Obamacare and
taxpayer funding of abortion businesses.

During his tenure, Gardner has voted 100% pro-life, casting pro-life votes 14 out of 14 times since he was elected to Congress. Gardner has voted to stop taxpayer funding of abortions, he’s repeatedly voted against Obamacare and funding or Obamacare, he’s voted for legislation to ban late-term abortions, he’s voted to de-fund the Planned Parenthood abortion business and to ban sex-selection abortions.

Unlike Harry Reid and his friends who control the Senate, Cory Gardner will give the pro-life movement another vote and the potential to actually pass legislation that will stop abortions and abortion funding. At a critical time when the rest of the pro-life movement is working in unison to win control of the Senate and stop abortion, Personhood USA should stop misleading pro-lifers about our pro-life candidates.
