The Planned Parenthood abortion business in Texas has closed one of its facilities that was caught on tape years ago expressing a willingness to do an abortion no a 13-year-old girl who claimed to be a victim of statutory rape.

According to local reports, Planned Parenthood announced Friday that it will close its Midland abortion center by the end of the month. The abortion giant cited the decision by the Texas state legislature to end funding to groups that also do abortions:

The closest center now will be about two hours away in San Angelo, said Mara Posada, the communications director of Planned Parenthood Trust of South Texas, calling the closure “a loss for the Midland community.” The San Angelo center offers an abortion pill through nine weeks of pregnancy, not the surgical procedure.

The board of Planned Parenthood of West Texas decided on the closure Thursday night but did not announce its decision until late Friday afternoon.

“They decided to look at where they could best preserve healthcare services,” Posada said. “And they thought unfortunately that Midland was not one of those where that could happen.”

The Planned Parenthood facility that will be closing was the site of an undercover investigation sting by the national pro-life group Life Dynamics, also located in Texas. In 2002, Life Dynamics conducted the undercover investigation in which it called over 800 Planned Parenthood and National Abortion Federation facilities across the nation. The results of this survey were appalling. Even though many of these clinics openly acknowledged to the caller that this situation was illegal and they were required to report it to the state, the overwhelming majority readily agreed to conceal this illegal activity.

“Planned Parenthood in Midland told our caller, posing as a 13 year old child impregnated by a 22 year old man, that she could come to the clinic for a pregnancy test with her 22 year old boyfriend,” the group told LifeNews.  “The transcript shows that Planned Parenthood told the undercover caller that, in order to get an abortion, she would need a judicial bypass.”

CALLER: “Okay. Well, do you know — like I’m just really worried because like my friend told me that since like I’m going to be 14 in March that you guys would have to tell my parents I’m getting an abortion. But my boyfriend is 22. Could he just sign whatever it is and you wouldn’t have to tell anybody?”

Planned Parenthood: “No. We still have to notify your parents.”

CALLER: “Oh. Well, is there any way not to have to tell them? Because they can’t find out at all.”

Planned Parenthood: “You can do a judicial bypass.”

The caller then asks tax-funded Planned Parenthood, “Would you have to tell anybody that I was getting a pregnancy test though?”

Planned Parenthood responds, “No, we can do that without telling nobody.”

However, after previously establishing with Planned Parenthood that her boyfriend was 22, the callers asks, “Okay. Well, would it be all right like if my boyfriend was there with me because that would be the only way that I could get there?” and Planned Parenthood answers, “Yeah, that’s fine.”

Mark Crutcher, president of Life Dynamics says, “The abortion lobby is engaged in a pedophile protection racket and protecting pedophiles who rape underage girls. These abortion clinics receive money from the federal government. We are literally paying for the rape of our young daughters.”
