Planned Parenthood Abortion Biz Prez Cecile Richards Urged Texans to Break Law

Dr. Joe Pojman, head of Texas Alliance for Life, says Texas law is very clear regarding behavior in the senate gallery: “We cannot yell, we cannot carry signs, we cannot speak loudly, we cannot even clap. That is the decorum that must be observed. And doing anything other is a violation of state law.” In addition, he said, for Planned Parenthood head Cecile Richards to encourage making noise to drown out the vote, “was advocating 400 plus people to break state law. And that’s just plain wrong.”

“Dr. Pojman explained the Texas law in a recent radio interview with ALL’s Jim Sedlak. Any citizen may sit in on the deliberations in the senate, but they must remain silent. When the crowd of about 400 pro-abortion protesters began making noise from the senate gallery in an attempt to thwart the passage of Texas legislation, rather than remind them of the law, Richards tweeted, “Make some noise—louder!”

Taking advantage of her knowledge of the legislative process and in willful contravention of the laws that govern observer behavior inside the Texas senate gallery, Richards coached protesters to violate Texas law. They responded by making so much noise that the legislators could not hear one another on the senate floor, thus foiling the passage of legislation intended to protect women and babies against abuse by the abortion giant.

Richards said afterwards in a Salon interview, “My mother would have said, ‘I hear America singing.’ . . . It was literally an explosion of participatory democracy that I haven’t seen the likes of in Texas in my memory.” Perhaps, Cecile, that is because mob rule is just the opposite of the way a democratic republic works.

Planned Parenthood’s many years of expensive, positive image building seem to have been tossed out with the dead babies over the past three weeks, as it engaged with extremist factions, professional agitators, and volunteers in unleashing a barrage of terroristic threats and unlawful tactics intended to block legislation that it obviously fears more than anything it has feared in the past. Pro-life groups were asked by police to remove themselves from the rotunda during the second special legislative session, and were hidden in senators’ offices for their own safety.

The Texas Department of Public Safety released a statement saying officers confiscated jars of urine, feces, glitter, and paint that the radical protesters were trying to carry into the senate gallery during the early days of the second special session. Another report indicated bricks were confiscated. Cosmopolitan’s Michelle Ruiz joined in, inciting the extremists to throw menstrual blood at legislators’ heads, writing, “[W]e believe if there’s a will to hurl things at a politician’s head, there’s a way. Let’s just say, if any of the protestors was stealth enough to wear a Diva Cup today, sh*t is about to go down.”

Here is a video showing the behavior of some of the protestors and their arrest by Texas Department of Public Safety officers for engaging in illegal activity.

Dr. Pojman, who was in the senate gallery during the disturbances, said that the mob leaders were obviously very well trained, as he acknowledged the existence of reports saying that agitators were paid by Planned Parenthood and cohorts to orchestrate the attack on the legislative process.

In the end, with the howls and screams of Planned Parenthood operatives confined to the rotunda, the legislation was passed during the second special session.

Planned Parenthood lost more than the vote. The story hit the mainstream media and, for first time, many people were exposed to the truth about Planned Parenthood: It is not a healthcare organization. It is a ruthless abortion and sex business that will stop at nothing to push its agenda and ensure its livelihood.

Planned Parenthood brought in paid agitators to disrupt the political process, but it did not pay off for them to mess with Texas.
