Arkansas Right to Life, the main statewide pro-life group in the Natural State, is seeking calls and emails from residents to their legislators to help push through a ban on webcam abortions.

The pro-life organization sent LifeNews the following action alert:

SB913 to Ban Webcam Abortion is in jeopardy!  It is sad that we have to pressure Republicans to do the right thing but here we are!

Call AND email Senator Missy Irvin and ask her to please run SB913 to ban webcam abortion. The safety of women and the lives of unborn children cannot wait 2 more years.

If she believes Planned Parenthood of the Heartland will wait, then she is making a serious mistake with the lives of women and unborn babies.  We can’t let that happen.

Call Senator Missy Irvin at: 870-269-2703
AND Email Senator Irvin at: [email protected]

Here is our Message:  SB913 is not an abortion bill; it is a women’s safety and health issue.  Webcam abortion is dangerous, risky, and at times deadly.  AR women deserve to be examined by an abortion provider, deserve followup care and treatment if necessary.  Webcam abortion is a do-it-yourself abortion without the woman ever meeting the provider in person.  AR women deserve better.  Vote for SB913 to protect women in Arkansas.

Lives depend on your action. Let’s work together to ban webcam abortions in Arkansas NOW!
